Knw. currently analyzes KPIs from the areas of commitment, engagement, and sentiment. Further KPIs are planned through the integration of additional tools, some of which can be customized. In the U.S., carbon footprint is also analyzed, which is currently subject to different measurement criteria in Europe, so this measurement tool is not yet offered in Europe.

Can customized analysis tools be connected?

Is knw. compliant with data protection?

Yes, knw. is 100% DSGVO compliant. No personalized data is collected at knw., only anonymized aggregated data. The data is hosted in Germany.

What consulting and services do I get as a customer?

We offer you everything from a single source: the knw. platform itself. The knw. team offers professional advice, and the professional installation of the measurement software at your event venue. We also offer you software onboarding and, if required, optional advice on KPI definition and KPI analysis as well as the derivation of event optimization measures.

What on-site technology is required for measurement?

The KPIs are analyzed using various tools, while the sentiment measures are carried out using AI-powered software and cameras that we install professionally on site.

What does knw. cost?

The costs apply once per event and once per participant, plus one-off set-up costs. There is a certain cost degression from a certain number of participants. It is not a subscription and not a flat rate. Costs for optional consulting services are offered individually upon request.

What is the lead time for the knw. Deployment from customer order?

This depends on the number of KPIs, as well as the scope of the event. In general, four weeks is reasonable for pre-planning.
